My experience with Dr. Morgan Strawn was very scary. She did a great deal of irreparable damage to my upper jaw. Dr. Strawn cut out a large piece of bone when she placed four implants under local anesthesia. Halfway through the procedure the anesthesia wore off. She refused to give me anything for the overwhelming pain I was in. However, she told me that I could leave, with my gums wide open and bleeding. Where was I going to go? I said no and she simply continued with the surgery. Dr. Strawn’s work was so incompetent that I lost all four of the implants she had placed, and she left me with a severe class III underbite. I was unable to find help with the damage she had done here in Maui. I had to seek help from a specialist in California and after 6 hours of reconstructive surgery, I was again able to chew, speak and smile. Dr. Strawn had the audacity to put in writing to me that I had a normal standard of care. This woman lied to me about what to expect, what she was going to do and to top it off she didn’t even bother to give me post-operative instructions.

All the ladies who helped me were very sweet and Dr.Strawn was very informative and enthusiastic you can tell she likes her job! I love how it’s obviously woman owned everything is thought of. They put ointment on my lips after surgery so they didn’t chap and everything you need in a care package. Just an example of the attention to detail. Safe and clean environment. THANK YOU!
