We understand that the cost for jaw surgery and dental implants is a significant investment that you are making to improve your overall health and wellbeing.  Therefore, we strive to deliver the finest of care at a reasonable cost to our patients. For your convenience, we accept most credit cards as well as a 0% financing option through carecredit.

  • CareCredit Healthcare Credit Card (subject to credit approval): You can apply for CareCredit online here or even by telephone and find out immediately if you have been approved.

  • We do not accept cash or personal checks as a form of payment

Patients with insurance:

We participate with most of the major dental insurance providers in our area. We will gladly give you an estimated cost of what you owe based on your individual insurance benefits and your individual treatment plan.

If we are an out of network provider with your insurance plan, there is still good news. Our costs are very close to the usual and customary fees of most insurance companies. You will be responsible for those fees, but we will gladly submit your insurance claim on your behalf. Once the claim has been processed and paid, you will receive a letter from your insurance company and we will mail you a reimbursement check.

Please note:

Insurance is considered method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. If we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 180 days, it is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid for by your insurance company.
