The staff were very friendly upon check in and even before. I got lost looking for the building because there was construction in the area but Maricar stayed on the phone with me until I found the right area. Dr. Strawn’s assistant (I’m so sorry that I did not catch her name,) was very helpful in escorting me to the office as they needed to manually open the ground floor gate to allow patients, like myself, in. In preparation for my oral surgery, Dr. Strawn was very confident & explained the process very thoroughly, which made me feel more secure & less nervous. They were quick, precise and very professional. The surgery was done in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommended Dr. Strawn and her team at Maui Face & Dental Surgery and they will definitely be the first I call next time I need an impacted tooth pulled.
