Aloha! I would give 100 stars if it was an option! Dr. Strawn and her staff are amazing. I cannot give enough praises to them. I have had very bad experienced in the past with dentists, as my oral health is not the greatest due to a medical condition I have no control over. I have very high anxiety when it comes to dental work. Just walking in to have my teeth cleaned has put me into a panic. Working with my amazing dentist, he referred me to Dr. Strawn for dental implants to see if I was a good candidate. She did a thorough exam and took a bit of time to come up with a plan. She extensively discussed this plan with me and we agreed. We started on the plan to get my oral health back to where I need it to be. Dr. Strawn and her whole team was very concerned with my anxiety. They understood and took every precaution to help me through from the beginning to the end of each visit… from walking in the door to escorting me out to the car after. They are all amazing. I have had some bumps in the road, through no fault of my own or Dr. Strawn. Just my body and the way it works. Dr. Strawn is exemplary in her dealing with these issues that pop up and so knowledgeable. She never just jumps to a solution. She always takes time to think and research the best solution for me. I cannot thank her enough for this, as everyone is different and not all solutions fit everyone the same. I have to say… I have been working with Dr. Strawn and her staff for over a year now and when I walk into her office, I still have some anxiety (but I do not have to take meds prior to my appointments) and I have NO panic attacks at all. I actually look forward to going because I know she is looking out for my best interest and my oral health.
